Mike Dearing

Mike Dearing is a financial advisor and second-generation owner of the Elmbrook Associates, LLC, bringing both experience and a forward-looking perspective to serving clients. A graduate of Marquette University, Mike transitioned into the financial services industry in 2019 and has since played a key role in the firm’s continued growth.

In addition to managing personal client relationships, Mike is responsible for branch management, operations, and overall strategic direction. This blend of leadership and hands-on advising allows for a thoughtful, client-focused approach grounded in long-term planning and accountability.

Outside of supporting clients and leading the branch, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, teaching in his local church’s children’s ministry and laboring on the occasional home improvement project.
